Maybe this is why I only lost 1 1/2 lbs. this week. I had a weak moment on Sunday afternoon and got a McDonald's icecream cone. I parked across Leeper Park so I could consume the evidence before picking Dana up from her babysitting job up the street. Ok, when you got to eat in secret that is when you know you are going off the grid!
I don't want to tell you how many of these moments I've had! Those McD cones are yummy! I loved your phrase "going off the grid." It made me laugh.
